There has been a lot of buzz about the health benefits of vitamin D supplements recently. In a new report from Statistics Canada, results from Cycle 2 of the Canadian Health Measures Survey are presented. The news is good - "despite a reduced likelihood of vitamin D production year-round, Canadians generally had levels of vitamin D in their blood above the cut-off."
