Niagara Wine Festival 2012
September 22-23 and 29-30 at 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm
The Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI) at Brock University is partnering with Niagara College to host Wine and Food pairings in the park at its new Culinary Theatre. Meet some of the winemakers of your favourite Niagara wines, many of whom are Brock graduates.
“Educate your Senses” food and wine seminars are scheduled for 1:00, 3:00 and 5:00 pm with best selling food and wine author and industry personality Dr. Linda Bramble hosting celebrated Niagara winemakers and chefs as they present culinary and wine pairings while sharing their stories and philosophies. See below for the line-up of seminars - Brock Alumni are marked with BROCK.
Limited seating available – Brock Alumni will receive a free wine glass with entry to the seminar.
