XpressFit Classes

The following XpressFit are held in the Fitness Studio and included with your Zone membership. If you do not have a Zone membership you can purchase a seasonal Fitness Class Pass which allows you to access all fitness classes.

XpressFit class descriptions

Step Into Shape
A high energy aerobic workout featuring non-stop choreographed movement using aerobic steps will give you a full aerobic workout

Body Blast Circuit
No choreography required in this non-stop combination of resistance training and cardio technique arranged in short, intense intervals.

Full Body
An easy-to-follow, not so easy-to-endure group resistance training class, for those who want to feel the burn

Cardio Kickbox

High-energy and high-results! 40 minutes is all you'll be able to take of this aerobic class, integrating basic kickboxing techniques into non-stop exercise.
