No choreography required in this non-stop combination of resistance training and cardio technique arranged in short, intense intervals.

An easy-to-follow, not so easy-to-endure group resistance training class, for those who want to feel the burn
Cardio Kickbox
High-energy and high-results! 40 minutes is all you'll be able to take of this aerobic class, integrating basic kickboxing techniques into non-stop exercise.
