Lottery for Graduate Carrels and Lockers, September 6 - 18

As part of recent renovations to provide better support to Brock's graduate students (see: http://brocku.ca/news/16869), 38 oversize lockers were added to the 6th floor of the Library. In addition, the Library continues to provide 19 shared, closed study carrels and 1 closed study carrel for two graduate students to share who have a documented disability through the Student Development Centre.  

To be eligible to reserve a carrel or locker, beginning Tuesday, September 6, 2011 separate applications for carrels and lockers will be available on this web page for graduate students to complete and submit in-person to the James A. Gibson Library’s Circulation Services Desk.

Following the closing of the application process on Sunday, September 18, 2011, a lottery will be held and successful students will be notified via e-mail no later than Friday, September 23, 2011. Students may use the assigned carrels/lockers until April 30, 2012, with an option for extension until August 31.
