Gain an edge on the competition this upcoming season by adding a higher level of fitness to your athletic ability. Regardless of your sport and your level of play, there is one thing common – you need to be able to outwork the competition. This one-week training camp will provide you with education and challenges in a variety of physical fitness components. Learn techniques in resistance training, plyometrics and power, speed and agility, and even yoga! Athletes will receive expert instruction from certified Strength & Conditioning Coaches, Personal Trainers, and Yoga Instructors, as they utilize Brock’s Fitness Centre, Running Track, Studios, and Gymnasia. No matter what your sport is, you are an athlete…let us give you the tools to train like one!
