Registering for IELP

• Saudi Arabian Cultural Bureau Student Gate [2]: This website will provide you with the information required to obtain your Financial Guarantee letter which is required to register in IELP classes.

• Homestay Applications [6]: Applications and payment are due at least 4 weeks prior to the start of term.

Health Insurance - Dependents

• StudentGuard Health Insurance - Dependent Coverage [7]: Students who have a dependent(s) with them, must use this link to register and pay for their dependent(s) coverage.
  • Important information when completing the form:
    • Personal Information: This is where you will enter the dependent's information.
    • Main Applicant Information: This is where you will enter the your information. Please enter "Brock University ESL" as the school name.
    • Enter all information as required.
    • The policy cannot exceed the main applicants end date.
• StudentGuard Policy [8]: This website will have information on the StudentGuard Insurance Policy. The policy is also available in many languages on the website. Make sure that you are reading the University/College Policy.
