Springer Prize for the best paper published in Empirical Economics awarded to two Brock Professors

Professor Tomson Ogwang and Professor Danny Cho (FoB) paper's, "Economic Determinants of the Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages in Canada: A Panel Data Analysis," Empirical Economics, Volume 37, Number 3, December 2009, has been awarded the Springer Prize for the best paper published in Empirical Economics over the 2-year period (2008-2009). The Springer Prize is awarded every two years.
