The Office of Government Relations

With Senate’s ratification of Brock’s academic plan — Brock 2014: knowledge, engagement, transformation — in June 2008, Brock University created a dedicated Office of Government Relations to advocate on behalf of the university.

The Office is responsible for securing government funding for priority projects and for strengthening relationships with government officials and key decision makers in line with the university’s academic plan and strategic priorities. Day-to-day operations of the Office of Government Relations at Brock include co-ordinating strategic communications with government on small and large projects and advocating for the university’s key projects and initiatives.
