Winter 2013 Communication
2013-03-12| OCT "Report from the Faculty"
Please note that the "Report from the Faculty" required by the OCT is automatically sent by the Registrar’s Office after convocation (mid to late June).
2013-03-11| Convocation
Convocation is June 12, 2013. For the schedule and details visit brocku.ca/registrar/grad/schedule. Please note:
HAMILTON CAMPUS teacher candidates – Convocation in is the morning (10 am)
ST. CATHARINES CAMPUS teacher candidates – Convocation is in the afternoon (2 pm)
2013-03-11| Transcripts for OCT
You will need to order a transcript to be sent to the OCT for certification. The form is online on Student Self Serve (login). When filling in the information it is IMPORTANT to note that you select the option: Hold until degree conferred in spring. As well, you request that the transcript be sent directly to the OCT.

2012-10-29| Inclement Weather Policy
As we approach the Winter months, this is a reminder that in the event of inclement weather, teacher candidates should monitor the Brock home page (www.brocku.ca) and local radio stations for status information as to whether classes are running and whether the St. Catharines and/or Hamilton campuses are open or closed. 2012-10-23| Information about Graduation
Teacher candidates do not apply to graduate.The Registrar’s Office has now put your Application to Graduate on your records online at my.brocku.ca. Please login to your student portal and check the application to graduate for accuracy. If there is information that is incorrect (i.e., name spelled incorrectly), please contact the Records department via email to alert them to any inaccuracies in your information at records@brocku.ca.

2012-09-27| Staying In Residence
If you live in a Brock residence, please familiarize yourself with the Winter Break Policy. It is your responsibility to make arrangements to remain in residence longer, and return to residence earlier, than the normal residence schedule.

2012-08-31| Enrollment Responsibility
A reminder that each student at Brock University has the primary responsibility to ensure that they are enrolled in all of the courses that are required for the successful completion of their program. Over the weekend, we strongly recommend that all teacher candidates check their timetable at my.brocku.ca against the required course lists available at www.brocku.ca/webfm_send/8352.
