Applicants who are currently completing a degree are not eligible to a second degree until they provide proof in the form of a letter from the sending institutions Registrar’s Office that degree requirements have been met and application has been made to graduate; or an official transcript has been received indicating degree requirements have been met and/or a degree has been conferred.
