More than 96% of OSAP and Ontario Tuition Grant files have been confirmed for January 2013. You should see your funding reach your student account or bank account early in the new year.
Remember that you need to be registered in a full time course load (60%) for the winter term in order to be confirmed - if you aren't registered yet, your fill will remain on hold until you've added your winter courses.
If your course load has changed since you originally applied for OSAP, your file may be reassessed. This means that your OSAP might go up or down depending on your new course load.
If you add or drop courses after Monday, January 7th, your file will be automatically reassessed after Monday, January 21st.
If your income has changed since you originally applied for OSAP, we encourage you to fill out your Income Update form, available on the OSAP website .
If you still owe fees to Brock, interest will begin to accumulate on February 15th, 2013 - so be sure you make any required payments early enough to avoid extra charges. To find out how to pay, visit the Student Accounts Office's methods of payment website.
Many students experienced delays in getting their September OSAP. Check out our student loans page for information on what happened, and the steps we are taking to get January OSAP to eligible students on time.
