Discover the 1960s through personal narratives and primary sources!

Published on April 26 2011

A new library database, The Sixties: Primary Documents and Personal Narratives (1960-1974), offers scholars unprecedented access to research materials from this important period in American history, culture, and politics.  Featuring diaries, letters, memoirs, government documents, memorabilia, and more, The Sixties provides a wealth of previously unpublished content.  One of the interesting collections found within this database is the Nettie Feinberg Button Collection, which showcases political buttons, some relating to the Vietnam War and the Civil Rights movement,  collected by Mrs. Feinberg over the course of the Sixties and beyond.
