Brock Abroad Short-term Programs

Brock Abroad Short-term Programs

International Services and Programs Abroad has developed these short-term programs to provide enriching educational experiences for students.  The programs will encourage intercultural and international understanding, foster students’ leadership and personal development and provide students with a meaningful opportunity to interact with university staff and faculty outside the formal classroom.

The "ABC" program will take students to countries that tend to be "off-the-beaten" track. This program combines a unique blend of Academic, Business and Cultural experiences of a particular country.  The "Brock Abroad" program provides students an opportunity to volunteer and explore another country. On a BA program, learning takes place outside of the classroom through special interest courses, volunteer activities, and weekend excursions.

Wuhan University Summer Program (2012) is a credit-bearing program offered by Wuhan University. It is intended to enrich international experience of students from the partner universities. During their study in Wuhan, the participants will attend lectures, seminars on Chinese traditional culture and visit local corporations. Excursions in Wuhan and to neighboring scenic spots and Shanghai will also be arranged.
