ITS Student Support Desk

 

The ITS Student Support Desk is located in the Computer Commons in Scotiabank Hall.  Phone and walk-in support is available during regular hours of the Computer Commons. 

Please note that the student advisors are not responsible for assisting with class work and assignments. Instructors and/or teaching assistants should be contacted with regards to this.
 

We can assist with:

General Computer Lab Support Assist with lab computers, basic software support, and printing issues
Residence Cable TV Reporting of issues
Residence Network Assist with connection and troubleshooting
Residence Telephone General voicemail support and reporting of issues
Sakai Support General user support
Student Password Assistance Reset and activation
Wireless Support Assist with connecting to Brock's wireless network

Any issues that cannot be resolved will be submitted to the ITS Request system and promoted to a higher support level.
