On Campus Residences - Alan Earp, Arnie Lowenberger, Decew, Vallee, and Village

Internet Access
Unlimited high-speed network access is available to students in Alan Earp, Arnie Lowenberger, Decew, Vallee, and Village residences. Students wishing to use this service must meet the minimum requirements.

Telephone Service
Brock University offers local telephone service in each residence room, which includes voice mail. Primus is our long distance provider and information outlining their services is available upon your arrival into residence. Calling cards other than Primus. i.e.: Bell, Sprint can be used through a third party operator. Please note that a premium is charged for this service. Click here for more information.

Cable TV
Cable TV is provided to residents in Alan Earp, Arnie Lowenberger, Decew, Vallee, and Village residences. Local stations as well as special channels include ESPN, TSN, HBO, Much Music, CNN, CBC, Newsworld and many others. Click here for a list of cable channels available to those in residence.

Audio Visual Equipment 
Client Services - Audio Visual is responsible for providing equipment in classrooms. Equipment includes computers, LCD's, overheads, slide projectors, TV's and VCR's, etc. Please note that we require 24 business hours notice when booking equipment for your class. Your request can be made in person in THw235 or by phone at extension 3588, or by sending an e-mail to  audiovisual@brocku.ca

Rules
Abuse of any of these services will not be tolerated, these include:
•Harassment and/or sexual harassment via phone or e-mail
•Attempting to by-pass long distance restrictions or toll fraud

Failure to comply will result in services being disconnected. Re-instatement of services will be at the student's expense.
