More Feet on the Ground - Psychosis

More Feet on the Ground is a partnership program between Brock University, Pathstone Mental Health and Niagara College.
Have you felt helpless when a friend was depressed? Lacked words to explain you were struggling with anxiety? Wondered why your partner’s view of their body is negative?
We can help. Come out and participate in an interactive discussion about mental wellness, listen to engaging speaker talk about their experience with mental health challenges and ask the questions you have wondered about. Discussions happen every Thursday between 12:00 – 1:00 & 5:30 – 6:30, from January 15 to February 13, 2015. Snacks are provided and attendees will have a chance at winning a $50.00 prepaid VISA.

Psychosis
Do you know the difference between hallucinations and delusions?
Do you believe people with psychosis are violent and dangerous?
