Academic Calendar (APC) Revision/Submissions Process Training/Refresher

The training will prepare individuals for using the system to edit and submit Graduate/Undergraduate Academic Calendar changes.

This system has been designed to make available via a web server, a copy of the calendar for revision and allows authorized individuals to update unit information and store changes on this site.
The system includes most aspects of the Calendar Submission Template (eg. Proposals, Explanation, etc), facilitate electronic sign-off of submissions, an on-line submission status information bar and a newly developed email notification feature.

Who Should Attend: This training session is intended for all individuals normally involved in the yearly revision or submission approval process of the Graduate/Undergraduate Academic Calendar.
