An Important Information Session for Administrative Assistants & Budget Officers Thursday, February 16, Financial Services and the Office of Research Services will be hosting an information session for Administrative Assistants and Budget Officers. In addition to new information about Travel and Expense Claims, journal entry completion and cell phone reimbursements, we will be following up on the information presented in November 2010 regarding research spending. We will give you an update on the challenges we all face ensuring that transactions have proper documentation, and (with research spending) that the rules of the funding agencies are being followed.
