2012-13 Professional Development Workshop Series

The 2012-13 Graduate Student Professional Development Workshop series will focus on some of the key “must-have” competencies for careers in all sectors.

Here’s the lineup:

  • Career Track — Tuesday, Oct. 2
  • Strategic Communications — Tuesday, Nov. 13
  • Social Media — Tuesday, Jan. 8
  • Effective Leadership — Tuesday, Feb. 5
  • Time and Project Management — Tuesday, March 12
  • Thinking Entrepreneurially — Tuesday, April 2

All workshops will be held in Pond Inlet from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. and refreshments will be provided

This informative presentation focused on the many stages involved in mapping a career path —from the important first step of assessing career interests and goals to researching and exploring career options, and understanding effective job search strategies.
