Serving staff, faculty, graduate students & their guests, Alphie's Bistro features such items as Niagara wines, mini crab cakes, chicken & pecan salad, cajun steak sandwich, chicken and sundried tomato pasta and salmon wellington and more. Alphie's Bistro is located in Alphie's Trough — a three-storey chalet overlooking the scenic, tree-covered landscape of the Niagara Escarpment.
