You’ll explore stress-management methods, including emotional freedom technique, mindfulness meditation, breathing techniques and relaxation. This is your opportunity to learn about the effects of stress on the body. More importantly, what you can do about it!

Have you tried to meditate and become aware of how frustratingly busy your mind is? There is hope in finding what works best for you. Each evening you’ll explore diverse practices such as yogic-guided relaxation of the five koshas; breathing exercises to induce relaxation and well-being; Buddhist Vipassana; and modern brain wave entrainment through sound and right/left brain balancing. Each class will present historical information, theory and practice time.
