OAME Accommodation on Campus

OAME conference delegates are welcome to stay on campus May 12 to 15, 2010. 

OAME Bed and Breakfast Rate:  $52.80 per person per night plus applicable taxes.

Description of Hotel-Style Accommodation

You will be given accommodation in Vallee and Earp Residences.  Your room will have economical yet private sleeping situation for you.  Each room has a single bed with a student desk.  Your room will have access to a washroom shared by a guest of the same gender.  There is a lock on your door and washroom to provide you with private sleeping quarters.  If you have a friend that you would like to share a washroom with please indicate this on the reservation form. 

Breakfast

A full hot breakfast is included and will be in the dining hall a few minutes walk from your accommodations.  You will receive a swipe card on check-in to access these meals.

Internet Services

Free internet access is available.   Request an internet login at the front desk when you check in.  We recommend bringing your own ethernet cable to access internet in your room since only a limited supply are at the front desk for signing out.

Recreation

There is a lounge on your floor where you can relax and enjoy television when you have free time.  There is a fitness centre in the Walker Complex and an olympic-sized pool if you would like to use these services they are pay-per-use in this complex Welcome Centre.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of your accommodation is required 72 hours prior to your arrival date to receive a refund in full.  Refunds require up to 2 weeks to process.  There will be no refunds for cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival.
