No deposit it required when submitting your reservation. Rates are per person per night. All accommodation is a minimum of 30 days or more. Each guest is guaranteed their own private bedroom.
Basic Accommodation - $19.75/day rate - Must be 60 or more nights of consecutive accommodation. Payment must be made in full on arrival by cash, debit, traveller's cheques, personal cheque(with student number) or credit card. If payment is not made in full then the 30-59 day rates apply. No special requests for an A-room, upper unit or other specific requests are eligible for this rate. The assignment is guaranteed to be with guests of the same gender and will be randomly assigned based on availability. Housemate requests are accepted. Taxes are not applicable. No payments are to be made by student account. No exact room assignments are available until check-in.There are no refunds after payment is made.
Upgraded Accommodation - $23.50/day rate- Special requests for an A-Room, upper unit or other special requests (while subject to availability and if confirmed) will be at this rate. The reservation must be 60 or more nights of consecutive accommodation and payment must be made in full on arrival by cash, debit, traveller's cheques, person cheque(with student number) or credit card. The assignment is guaranteed to be with guests of the same gender. Housemate requests are accepted of the same gender. Taxes are not applicable. No payments are to be made by student account. Exact room assignments are available 1 week prior to arrival. There are no refunds after payment is made.
Accommodation 30-59 nights - $23.50/day rate- Payment must be made in full on arrival by cash, debit, traveller's cheques, personal cheque(with student number) or credit card. The assignment is guaranteed to be with guests of the same gender. Housemate requests are accepted. Taxes are not applicable. No payments are to be made by student account. There are no refunds after payment is made.
Accelerated Course Accommodation 7-14 nights - $25/day rate - Payment must be made in full on arrival by cash, debit, traveller's cheques, personal cheque(with student number) or credit card. The assignment is guaranteed to be with guests of the same gender. Housemate requests are accepted. 13% HST is not applicable. No payments are to be made by student account. There are no refunds after payment is made.

Parking is Included
When you stay on campus you can park in the Quarry View Parking Lot. The spaces are not assigned but most students are able to park immediately out front of their unit.
Just a quick note to say that [my daughter] checked in to her Quarry View unit yesterday. This year, once again, we were delighted to find the rooms in very clean condition ready for occupancy! As I have said before, I have seen lots of university rooms that were apparently "ready" for the students to move in, but none have been as well cleaned and prepared as these!
