You are all invited to Concordia Lutheran Theological Seminary’s annual Call and Certification Service. Held Saturday, 26 May, 4:00pm, at Grace Lutheran Church, 213 Linwell Rd, St. Catharines. Three students will receive their placements and six vicars will receive their vicarage assignments.

Lenten Appeal Letter (19/03/12)

Dr Roger Winger, former East District President and seminary regent for many years, appeals to the church to support the seminary's vital work of preparing pastors for Christ's ministry in this year's Lenten Appeal. Concordia's first (and hopefully not last!) conference on Scandinavian Lutheranism was received with great joy by some 40 participants who gathered at the seminary in the days following upon Lutheran Church–Canada's convention. Concerned about the Weather? Here's our simple rule: if Brock University are closed because of snow or bad weather, this seminary will be closed. Likewise, if the local school board closes the public schools because of adverse weather, we will officially close. We will do our best to notify students by e-mail and telephone, but please take responsibility for your own decision whether to drive in bad weather.
