MDM4U-How to submit a project

During the summer of 2003 we will be placing on this site as many actual student MDM4U culminating projects as time allows. Clearly exemplary projects will be most useful to teachers and students accessing the information for ideas. To submit a project from your school please gather all the necessary materials and complete the permission form (link to form below) that must signed by both the student (parent or guardian) and the teacher. We would appreciate receiving as much of the material in electronic form as is possible.
