| BIOGRAPHY | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Mary di Michele was born in 1949 in Italy. Her family moved to Canada when she was six years old, and she grew up in Toronto. She received her BA at the University of Toronto in 1972, and her MA in English and Creative Writing at the University of Windsor. She currently teaches creative writing at Concordia University. Di Michele has published six volumes of poetry, and has also published a novel. In 1984, di Michele edited a collection of the work of young women poets entitled Anything is Possible. |
