#GoodmanSpirit Week BSA Kick-Off Breakfast

8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

In partnership with the Goodman Business Students' Association (BSA), the Goodman School of Business invites all BAcc, BBA and BBA Dual Degree students to a complimentary hot breakfast buffet.

Take this opportunity to meet your peers and student leaders as well as Goodman School of Business faculty and staff members. Kick off #GoodmanSpirit Week with a full stomach! There will be vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options avalible.

This event is FREE to those who register before September 10 at 5 p.m. on CareerZone. If you do not register, you will be required to pay $10 at the door to enjoy the buffet breakfast. All guests and non-Goodman students will need to pay $10 cash at the door for entry.

Location: Isaac's

Stop by anytime between 8-11 a.m. for a bite to eat!

Taro Table Talks

10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Visit the tables in the 3rd floor hallway of Taro Hall to learn about various opportunities/services and to meet key student leaders and staff members from Goodman. Monday's Table Talk will feature the Goodman Business Students' Association, Graduate Business Council, MBA Games, Goodman JDC Central and Goodman Graduate Programs OfficeLocation: across from Taro 303.

Brock Marketing Association (BMA) Meet & Greet

4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The Brock Marketing Association provides all students, encompassing a passion for marketing, the opportunity to attend conferences and competitions, participate in workshops, network with industry professionals and use their classroom knowledge in the execution of community based marketing projects. Come learn more about the BMA, meet the executive team and find out how you can get involved! Location: Thistle 244

How to study and manage your time

5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Your time management skills and study habits can make or break you in university. In this session, you'll meet other students in your program, learn how to improve your time management skills, explore different learning styles and create study strategies that will work for YOU. Participating in this session is the first step in making your first year at Goodman a successful one. Location: Pond Inlet

This session is hosted by A-Z Learning Services through Brock's Student Development Centre. A-Z Learning Services provides free academic support for all Brock students to help you achieve your full potential in university and beyond.

Graduate Student Computer Training and Graduate Business Council (GBC) Meet & Greet

5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Get connected to graduate IT services at Goodman. Only students who attend a formal computer training session will be given access to our exclusive classrooms and labs. Goodman grad students are also eligible for a FREE copy of Microsoft Office.

The Graduate Business Council (GBC) is the representative student body for both full and part-time students enrolled in graduate business studies at Goodman. Come learn more about GBC, meet the executive team and find out how you can get involved!
