The members of CUPE Local 4207 Unit 3, which represents ESL instructors at Brock University, voted on Wednesday 18 March to ratify a tentative collective agreement that had been reached last weekend with the University.

The University’s board of trustees are to hold a ratification vote on Friday 20 March.

The tentative agreement had been reached on 15 March with the assistance of a conciliator. When ratified by both sides, it would replace the previous collective agreement which expired on 6 July 2014.
