Calling all Badgers!

Return, reunite and relive

Return, reunite and relive your Brock experience this September.

Energy on campus is building as Brock University prepares to celebrate our milestone 50th anniversary at the 2014 Homecoming Weekend, Sept. 18-21. From across the Niagara region and Canada, Brock alumni, students and friends will reunite to celebrate and relive the best years of their lives. Join us as we paint the town red.

On Friday, Sept. 19, Badger Nation will cheer our men’s hockey team in the annual RBC Steelblade Classic. The excitement will continue in downtown St. Catharines at the historic Mansion House. Reminisce over a pint and enjoy live music with “sociable” Pat Hewitt – a familiar face for many Brock grads, as well as local student performers Tea with Lincoln.

On Saturday, Sept. 20, we’ll honour alumni accomplishments at the Alumni Recognition Reception. Brock President Jack Lightstone will raise a toast to all cameo club, distinguished alumni and Faculty award recipients.

The celebrations will continue at our Homecoming highlight—the Red Dinner. This signature event will showcase Niagara’s finest cuisine on wheels—food trucks include Avella’s Wood Fired Oven, the Tide and Vine Oyster Company, the Itty Bitty Pie Company, and Southern Smoke Truck. Pair your meal with a glass of wine from one Niagara’s outstanding vineyards—including select wines produced by Brock alumni. Dance the night away with musical entertainer Mark Lalama.

Remember to show your Badger pride by sporting your Brock gear and memorabilia all weekend.

Tickets are selling fast, so register now at brocku50.ca to reserve your spot at Brock’s historic 50th Anniversary Homecoming Celebrations.
