Looking for a place to recycle coffee cups? Don’t know where to charge your electric vehicle?

There’s a website for that.

Brock University has launched a sustainability site to inform students about green initiatives.

“Creating a sustainable campus involves the commitment and co-operation of everyone at the University, in our community and beyond,” the site notes on its main page. “Chip in. Help out. Find out more about how to make our campus more sustainable.”

Brock, which sits atop the Niagara Escarpment, is one of the few Canadian universities located within UNESCO designated biosphere reserve.

Sustainability is a core value at Brock and one of the seven pillars of the University’s Integrated Strategic Plan.

The sustainability site also offers energy-saving information, where to recycle batteries and e-waste, and many other helpful tips to make the campus greener.
