Brock powerlifters medal at college/university competition

Four Brock University students won medals during the recent Ontario Powerlifting College and University Challenge.

Stephen Cascioli won gold in the men’s 66-kilogram class, lifting a total of 562.5 kilograms.

Conrad Davies lifted 647.5 kilograms to grab silver in the men’s 120-kilogram division, while Braeden Dale also earned silver after lifting 570 kilograms in the men’s 105-kilogram division.

Evan Nohara lifted 542.5 kilograms to take bronze in the men’s 83-kilogram division.

Cascioli, Davies and Nohara train at Fonthill’s Fourth Quarter Fitness, which is owned by Brock Applied Health Sciences graduates D.J. Warkentin and Codi Armstrong.
