It’s time to polish up those dancing shoes.

The Graduate Students’ Association is hosting a semi-formal fundraiser on Friday, Oct. 25 at Isaac’s and everyone is invited.

The event features a three-course meal, including a vegetarian choice, and glass catered by Isaac’s, glass of wine for guests, cash bar (free non-alcoholic drinks), silent auction, door prizes and musical entertainment.

Jory Korobanik, president of the GSA, said events such as this are part of the association’s mandate to boost the visibility of graduate studies and Brock University in the community.

All proceeds from the semi-formal will go to Wellspring Niagara, a local support centre for cancer patients and their families.

Tickets are $50 per person and $90 per couple and can be purchased by visiting the GSA Office in MC C302.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with dinner served at 7 p.m.
