Connect with employers and identify postgraduate opportunities on Nov. 5, 2013

Drop by the Ian D. Beddis Gym on Nov. 5, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., for the Career and Postgraduate Expo, featuring approximately 100 postgraduate institutions, employers and non-profit organizations.

Come to this trade-show style event and learn about full and part-time employment, postgraduate education, international opportunities, professional development and volunteer positions. Is your resume structured properly? Did you struggle writing your last cover letter? Informative handouts such as resume, cover letter templates, job search tips and career resource lists will soon be accessible on CareerZone. Additionally, you can view program specific resume samples and career assessments so you are accurately representing yourself to employers.


Share and grow as an alumni mentor

Mentorship provides a great opportunity to reconnect with Brock, develop leadership and networking skills in addition to learning new and innovative techniques from students currently studying in your field. You had to figure out life after Brock, now you can help a senior student get on the path to success as a Career Mentor.
