NOTICE: Severe thunderstorm alert for Niagara (July 10)

Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm alert for Niagara.

The developing storm could potentially bring with it large hail, damaging winds or heavy rainfall. Members of the Brock community are encouraged to monitor weather conditions, listen for updated bulletins and take necessary precautions.

If you are outside in the event of a storm, take immediate shelter, but not under trees. Report any weather-related damage at the University to Facilities Management Customer Service at x3717 until 4:30 p.m. and after-hours to Campus Security at x3200.

In the event that services or classes at the University are impacted by the storm in any way, please monitor the Brock website - www.brocku.ca - and social media channels for updates.
