All buildings that were involved in the Annual Planned Electrical Shutdown currently have power.

Buildings include the Schmon Tower, Thistle Complex, Decew Residence, Vallee Residence and the Central Utilities Building.

Facilities Management staff are currently completing walkthroughs of the buildings checking all systems are working properly. All buildings are expected to reopen at 10 a.m. as scheduled.

The Cairns Complex is scheduled to reopen today at 12 noon.

All other buildings on the University’s main and east campuses were not impacted by the shutdown and have normal power and will open as regularly scheduled.
