Brock’s Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute is holding an annual seasonal celebration tomorrow.

The event will be at the wine cellar of Inniskillin Hall from 2 to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 13. Light snacks will be served.
