About the BRIYS

    The purpose of the Brock Research Institute for Youth Studies (BRIYS) is to encourage collaboration, cooperation and multidisciplinary alliances within the field of youth research. The BRIYS is dedicated to advancing scientific knowledge in the field of youth research and to serving as a vital link between the university and the community.
    The Brock Research Institute for Youth Studies (BRIYS) house supports staff and students working on the SSHRC/YLC-CURA, Health Canada Centre of Excellence for Youth Engagement, Ontario Problem Gambling Association, Leave the Pack Behind and the NCE Canadian Language and Literacy Research Network research grants.
