Healthy Kids Centre
The Faculty of Applied Health Science's Centre for Healthy Development and the YMCA of Niagara's Healthy Kids Centre offers programs highlighting fitness and lifestyle for children and their families. Active play and games appropriate for all kids, along with interactive learning opportunities about food and nutrition, are the basis of this fun and welcoming Brock/YMCA partnership.

No one “sits on the bench” with Brock Niagara Penguins!! It is the first and only program in Niagara to offer an entry-level competitive swim program, an adapted gymnasium program, and a wheelchair basketball team.
